Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup Fresh grated coconut
- 1 TSP of salt or to taste.
- 3/4 Cup of water.
Method.
- Place the flour, grated coconut, salt and water in a medium bowl.
- Next add water little by little so that all the ingredients come together to form a dough.
- Now shape the dough into ball.
- Separate the dough into 6/8 equal pieces
- Flatten on a floured board or plate using your palms.
- Cook on a heated heavy bottom pan till golden brown on both sides under medium heat.
- Serve with Lunu Miris.
