Ingredients
- Two cups of raw rice
- 1/2 tea spoon baking powder
- 1/2 tea spoon baking soda
- 2 -3 cups of Coconut milk
- 1 tea spoon sugar
- Water
- Salt to taste
Method
- Wash and soak the rice for 3 hours;
- Drain and Put the rice in to the blender with a cup of Milk and blend thoroughly.
- Add baking powder, baking soda, and sugar and mix well. keep it covered for about 5 hours.
- At the required time add salt to taste and milk to get the mixture in to the correct consistency.
- When the pan is warm pour about 1/2 coffee cup half in to the pan and holding the pan carefully spread the contents around the pan.
- Cover and cook for 2 – 3 minutes over a low flame.
