Polos Maliwa



Ingredients.
  1.  500 g polos
  2.  25 g red onions
  3.  3 to 4 green chillies
  4.  3 tsp powdered maldive fish
  5.  25 g chopped garlic and ginger
  6.  Rampe and karapincha
  7.  Roasted chilly powder
  8.  2 tsp roasted curry powder
  9.  Salt and few pieces of goraka
  10.  4 cups of thick coconut milk

Method.


  • Peel the skin of the jack fruit and cut it in to suitable pieces.
  • Then mix the cut pieces with and goraka. Temper with oil chopped garlic, ginger,red onions, green chillies, Maldive fish rampe , karapincha and all roasted powder.
  • Add 4 cups of thick coconut milk and cook on slow fire. Keep it over night
