Dried Fish Curry



Ingredients



  1. 200 g of katta karola
  2. 3 green chillies
  3. 1 medium size onion sliced
  4. 3/4 of a medium size tomato sliced
  5. 1 small potato cut in to cubes
  6. 1 cup of water
  7. 1 cup if coconut milk
  8. 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tsp of turmeric
  10. 5 black pepper seeds
  11. Few curry leaves


Method


  • Cut and clean dry fish by soaking it in warm water for 5 minutes and then set it aside to dry.
  • Leave the cup of coconut milk a side and add all the ingredients together.
  • Let it cook under medium heat.
  • Once it is half way cooked, add the coconut milk and stir it well.
  • Once the curry is fully cooked, stir and turn off the heat.
